Yixin is actively pursuing opportunities for a PhD research position while concurrently contributing to research projects at the Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) HITSZ and the University of Sydney USYD as a Research Associate. He hopes to apply and develope techniques to solve interesting and awkward engineering problems, which will contribute to both academia and industry. He was a Research Associate in Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies LMS at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University PolyU from 2023 to 2024. He completed his M.Sc. in Management Science and Engineering MSE from College of Management at Shenzhen University SZU from 2020 to 2023.
Research Interests: Intelligent decision-making with learning, especially Deep reinforcement learning (DRL); Data science; Operational research and optimization in transportation and inventory management; etc.
